We plan to have 2 Huge Plant sales to benefit the Burgess Arboretum on Thursday October 7 and on November 4th from 2pm to 6pm at the Waleska Farmers Market at Reinhardt University. The Farmers Market is located in the parking lot behind the Old Waleska Baptist Church at the corner of Highway 108 and 140. We plan to have some Seedlings of a Original Burgess Arboretum Japanese Maple tree, Snowball Bush Viburnums rooted from a Burgess Arboretum Viburnum brought to Reinhardt by Dr. Burgess from the National Arboretum in Washington D.C. The flowers in the spring are as big as a softball and a few Stewartia tree seedlings found in the Arboretum. All trees are $10 each and 100% of the funds go to benefit the Burgess Arboretum at Reinhardt University.
